Hygiene
These are some things that can make taking care of your body a lot less stressful. I'm saying this out of personal experience.

Shampoo Bars- Think of a bar of soap, but for your head. I use the ones from Lush Cosmetics. I had a tendency to wash only one side of my head when I was younger- one side would be squeaky clean and the other was super greasy. Shampoo bars allow you to rub a solid thing all over your head instead of putting liquid on one spot on your head and then rubbing it around. Depending on your type of hair, one shampoo bar could last a long time!
*Once wet, the bars from Lush often stick to the tin or container that they are in. Either have parchment paper at the bottom of the container to help peel it off or keep it a textured soap dish in/near the shower.
*This may be obvious, but as it gets used, it will get thinner and a lot more brittle. It has a tendency to break into a whole bunch of tiny pieces that are really hard to use. Have another one handy when your old one gets too thin!
*For bonus points, since it's a solid and not a liquid, it is able to go through the airport security just fine!

Humangear GoTubb- a great one handed container! I use it for my shampoo bars when I'm traveling. They also have smaller ones that I use for meds.

Soap/shampoo/conditioner/lotion pumps- Instead of having to unscrew a bottle top or use a disc top cap to pour a liquid onto something before putting it on your body, the pump will put products straight into your dominant hand. A lot less frustration and wastage. A lot of different brands have their products in pump bottles carried in stores, so keep your eye out for those!

Floss picks- honestly, the only way you can floss your teeth with one hand.
Fingernail clippers- I find it very uncomfortable to use a small metal finger nail clipper because I have to squeeze it between my wrist and my leg in order to clip any nails on my dominant hand. This clipper is padded, so it hurts less. It also is physically bigger, which also helps make it easier.
